The Company incorporated in 4th November 1996 as a private company and converted into public in 21 June 2018, Also the Company changed it s name from Manang Trade Link pvt. ltd to Modi Energy pvt. ltd. in 28 May 2017, then by converting into public the name changed to Modi Energy limited in 21 June 2018.
The Company listed on Nepal Stock in 4th July 2023.
