Oman REIT Fund is a close-ended Real Estate Investment Fund (REIT) registered in the Sultanate of Oman and constituted as a joint investment account as per the Regulations of the Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) of Sultanate of Oman. The Fund was established by Trust Fund Management SPC, a Sole Proprietor Company registered in the Sultanate of Oman in accordance with the Commercial Companies. The principal activities of the fund are investing, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate assets in Oman that are used primarily for residence, office, light industrial/logistics and retail purposes, as well as real estate-related assets in connection with the foregoing.
