Empresa Nacional de Autopista, S.A. (ENA) is a state-owned corporation responsible for the administration, operation, maintenance, and expansion of Panama’s toll highway system. Its core mission is to manage the concessions of the Corredor Norte, Corredor Sur, and Corredor Este, ensuring efficient mobility, financial sustainability, and infrastructure development in the metropolitan area of Panama City. ENA was created in 2011 to consolidate and manage the toll highway concessions previously operated by private entities. In 2023–2024, ENA inaugurated a new Monitoring and Control Center equipped with advanced technology to enhance safety and traffic flow. The company continues to invest in infrastructure and digital transformation to meet the growing demands of urban mobility.
