Compania Industrial Textil Credisa Trutex S.A.A.- CREDITEX is the result of the merger of Textil Trujillo S.A (Trutex SA) and Representaciones y Distribuciones S.A. (Credisa) textile companies that belong to Cervesur Group, in 1998. Creditex is dedicated to the manufacture of cotton textiles in Pima tanguis and other varieties, which includes spinning, bleaching, dyeing, weaving and finishing of the same, as well as all activities related to the industrial processing of fibers natural (vegetable source), synthetic fibers and clothing apparel. The Company belongs to the Corporacion Cervesur S.A.A and participates with 99.99% of the capital of Texgroup, which is dedicated mainly to the manufacture of clothing, offering its services primarily to the Company. The company was listed on the Lima Stock Exchange in 1988.
