H2Olmos S.A. is a special-purpose organisation incorporated by Odebrecht Group in 2009 that entered into the 25-year Concession Agreement for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the Olmos Irrigation Project with the Republic of Peru, which acted through the Lambayeque Regional Government on June 11, 2010. It aims to promote the private investment in irrigation projects to improve unproductive state-owned land, as well as public-private partnerships and productive employment generation. H2Olmos is in charge of construction, operation and maintenance of major hydraulic irrigation infrastructure and access to roads and power transmission lines in the new agricultural development.
