Solgas S.A., previuosly known as Repsol Gas del Peru S..A, was founded in 1946 as a subsidiary of Repsol YPF. The company conducts all types of activities in the oil sector, including the exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas, transportation of petroleum products, liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) and natural gas. Part of its main activities are also the refining and production of a wide range of petroleum products and marketing of petroleum products, petroleum, petrochemicals, LPG and natural gas. Its exports are entirely directed to Bolivia.
