The Company is incorporated and domiciled in Australia whose shares was listed on the Port Moresby Stock Exchange and Australian Stock Exchange on December 11, 1995. The shares was previously listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange(NZSX) till was delisted on 29 May 2005 at the request of the company, no reason provided .
The company s shares relisted in the NZX under the code CUE on October 21, 2009.
The Company was delisted from NZX POMSOX by request on August 29, 2014 but still listing on ASX under sticker code CUE.
