ELI mainly develops and markets, with a joint venture partner or by itself, affordable housing projects such as condominiums and house and lot packages. In addition, the company offers commercial and office spaces and mixed-use complexes. ELI also sells land and leases commercial and industrial properties. ELI's projects include medium rise buildings Greenhills Garden Square, Xavier Hills and California Garden Square. The company also has house and lot packages in Sta. Rosa and Biñan, Laguna called Laguna BelAir 3. One of ELI's biggest projects is Cambridge Village in Pasig and Cainta area, a group of residential buildings for the class B and C markets. ELI's subsidiaries include wholly owned Eastwood Property and Hldgs., Gilmore Property Marketing Associates, Inc. and owned Empire East Properties, Inc. ELI also has a stake in Laguna BelAir School, Inc. The company's office is located in Makati City.
