The subject is engaged in, conduct, and carry on the business of importation, distribution, and marketing, primarily through wholesale, and in the auxiliary, through retail, by means of online and onsite selling of all kinds of goods, insofar as may be permitted by law, such as but not limited to electronic devices, household appliances, mobile equipment, sports equipment, toiletries, baby products, clothing, sports clothing, cosmetic products, toys, food, beverages, arts and crafts, and other basic necessities. To enter into all kinds of contracts for export, import, purchase, acquisition, sale at wholesale or retail basis and other dispositions for its own account as principal or representative capacity as manufacturing representatives, indentor, commission merchant, factors or agents upon consignment of products stated in this clause. Provided that the corporation shall not solicit, accept or take investments/placements from the public neither shall it issue investment contracts.
