The subject is engaged in to develop, create, copyright, patent or otherwise protect and exploit new ideas, systems, procedures, and designs in computer sciences, including but not limited to the development of computer software and other related programs, and generally, to embody said software or computer programs in different forms of medium for sale, lease or license, provided however, that the corporation shall not engage in the retail business and financing business under r. A. 5980, provided further, that the corporation shall at no time engage in mass media activities and defined under pertinent regulations and laws of the government of the philippines.
