Dewan Cement Limited (DCL) is a cement production company located in Karachi, Pakistan. It is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company known for producing high-quality cement. DCL operates two separate manufacturing units, Pakland Cement Ltd. and Saadi Cement Ltd., with a combined capacity of over 2,880,000 tons per annum. Pakland Cement Ltd. was established in 1981 in District Malir, Karachi, covering an area of 150 acres. Within a year, it became fully operational with an initial capacity of 300,000 tons per annum, producing Ordinary Portland Cement. In 1987, the company introduced Sulphate Resisting Pakland, a pioneering product in the private sector. With the latest technology and machinery, the company's clinker production capacity increased to 750,000 tons per annum. Additionally, Pakland Blast Furnace Slag Cement was added to the company's product range. DCL is listed on the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchange.
