Ghanadhara Industries Ltd., or GIL, is a Pakistani company, part of the diversified local Bibojee Group of Companies. It is the exclusive distributor of ISUZU products in Pakistan. GIL was incorporated in 1964 with headquarters in Karachi. The founder of the company was US-based General Motors Overseas Distribution Corporation, but in 1972 the Pakistani Government nationalized the company under the name National Motors Limited. Bibojee Group acquired it in 1999, adopting its original name. The major business activities of the company include manufacture, assembly and marketing of Isuzu truck and bus chassis and fabrication of bus and load bodies. The company has a countrywide dealers network.
