Libaas Textile Limited (LTL) merged in 2014 into Ghani Global Glass Limited (GGG), both companies being based in Lahore. After the merger, Libaas Textile dissolved and its shareholders received shares in Ghani Global Glass at a swap ratio of one GGG share per each two LTL shares held.
