Saif Power Limited (SPL) is a Pakistani company, incorporated in 2004 with headquarters in Islamabad. The company owns and operates a 225MW combined cycle power plant, provided with specialized equipment by GE and Siemens. The plant, located in Sahiwal District of Punjab, consists of two gas turbines and one steam turbine. SPL was developed with government participation under a BOP agreement. It is a subsidiary of Saif Holdings Limited, whose diversified portfolio includes among others, projects in textiles, power generation, oil and gas exploration, real estate and healthcare services.
