In 2010 - Auchan Poland had 22 shopping centers, and a 50% shares in a company managed by Schiever Poland 4 Shopping Centre, opened under the name of Auchan (Legnica, Wałbrzych, Racibórz and Zielona Góra). The company employs over 10 000 employees. In recent years, Auchan has become a full Polish, employing Polish directors and managers, which works with more than 1,500 Polish suppliers. In 2000, Auchan Poland, as one of the first companies in Poland, introduced the Employee Shareholders. Acceded to it over 94% of employees.
