Baltis Investment S.A. is a Polish joint-stock company based in Gdynia that performs the role of a holding and head-office entity for a private capital group. The geographic scope of operations is centred on Poland, with Baltis Investment S.A. located in Gdynia and group activities extending country-wide, complemented by export sales of chosen products to European markets via subsidiaries. The most important brands and assets under the umbrella of Baltis Investment S.A. are the Porta KMI Poland and Invest Komfort brands, the associated manufacturing facilities and real estate portfolio, as well as capital shares in the group companies. Strategically, Baltis Investment S.A. concentrates on building long-term value of its portfolio by active ownership, strengthening the competitive position of its industrial and real estate assets, centralising key corporate functions at the holding level, and maintaining a conservative financial policy appropriate for a head-office and non-financial holding entity.
