ELKOP S.A. is a company located in Plock, Poland. The company specializes in the purchase of commercial real estate and the rental of office, production, and commercial spaces. In the early 1990s, the company made significant adjustments to adapt to the new market economy conditions. In 1995, it was transformed into a state-owned company and became a joint-stock company. In 2001, ELKOP debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, demonstrating transparency and stability in its operations. A significant milestone for the company's development was the start of its activities in the residential construction sector in 2007, which led to the realization of single-family housing estates in Katowice and helped diversify its sources of revenue. However, the company's involvement in the residential construction sector was episodic and has since been concluded.
