Eurozet Sp. z o.o. is the parent company of Grupa Eurozet, one of the leading radio and audio media groups in Poland. The group core business segments comprise the production and broadcasting of radio programmes, the sale of radio advertising time, brokerage services for independent radio stations and internet services, as well as the creation and management of thematic web portals. Eurozet radio portfolio includes nine well known stations: Radio ZET, TOK FM, Radio Zlote Przeboje, Antyradio, Radio Plus, Radio Pogoda, Meloradio, Rock Radio and Chillizet, which together cover a broad spectrum of formats from mainstream adult contemporary and news and talk to rock, oldies, religious and chillout music. The group also operates the music and podcast platform Tuba and a set of popular online portals such as radiozet.pl, tokfm.pl, zloteprzeboje.pl, antyradio.pl, chillizet.pl and planeta.pl, extending its audio brands into digital and on demand environments. The Eurozet Advertising Office sells advertising time for the group own stations and acts as the exclusive representative on the national advertising market for dozens of associated local stations grouped in the Niezalezni package, providing national advertisers with aggregated radio reach. Additional assets include Studio ZET, which produces radio commercials and audio content, and Eurozet Live, a brand dedicated to cross media projects and place and event marketing. Within its corporate social responsibility policy, Eurozet runs the Radio ZET Foundation, a nationwide radio foundation supporting health and social projects. Since 2024, 100 percent of the shares in Eurozet Sp. z o.o. have been owned by Agora S.A., a major Polish media group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which also operates cinema, outdoor advertising and press and online media businesses; this ownership integrates Eurozet into a broader multi platform media portfolio.
