The Investors holding company (Investors Holding S.A.) oversees an independent Polish capital group embracing a set of companies offering financial products and services, licensed by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The Investors companies chiefly manage investment funds and provide brokerage and financial advisory services.
The founders' main objective is to build up the value of Investors Holding, by increasing the value of the composite companies (Investors TFI and DI Investors) and potentially by further expanding the existing group to include new companies. Growth in the value of Investors TFI is achieved mainly by building up the value of the investment funds it manages. Growth in value for DI Investors, in turn, is achieved through successfully developing the businesses of its clients, by providing advisory services in connection with raising capital, mergers, takeovers, restructuring, and taking companies public.
