The business has operated from production facilities originally associated with the former Vistal Offshore site in Gdynia under lease arrangements and later relocated to a larger shipyard facility in Gdansk, where it operates in the established shipbuilding industrial environment. Geographic scope is Poland as the manufacturing base with direct integration into a Denmark-centered shipbuilding value chain, supporting delivery to international vessel owners through the parent organizations newbuilding portfolio. Key assets include shipyard production facilities and heavy industrial infrastructure supporting large steel fabrication, including high-capacity lifting infrastructure and a dedicated workforce aligned to serial hull production. Strategically, the company supports the groups capacity expansion, schedule control, and cost and quality management by consolidating hull production within the group and aligning Polish fabrication output to the groups end-to-end shipbuilding execution model.
