Midas S.A. is a holding company that specializes in the wholesale of telecommunications services. Because of its listing on WSE, the company provides financing for infrastructural investments, as well as bi-lateral communication with the financial markets. At the same time the company determines the action strategy and coordinates its implementation. The strategic objective of the Group is to build a telecommunications network, which will enable the provision of services of mobile Internet access across the country, in most modern technology, namely LTE (Long Term Evolution). This is possible through the use of the assets, belonging to the companies: Aero 2, Mobyland and CenterNet, in which Midas holds 100% of the share capital and majority votes.
