Mostostal Pulawy S.A. is a company located in Pulawy, Poland. It was established in 1964 as a branch of Mostostal Warszawa S.A., specializing in the construction of technological installations in the Puławy Nitrogen Works. After nearly 30 years of development, the branch became a limited liability company in 1994 and a joint-stock company in 1998. In 2005, Mostostal Pulawy formed the Mostostal Pulawy Capital Group through the acquisition of Mezap sp. z o.o. and Energezap sp. z o.o. Since December 2014, the company has been operating under a new ownership structure, with the management of Mostostal Pulawy and local entrepreneurs as investors. The new owners are committed to the company's continued growth and the continuation of its 50-year tradition.
