Nest Bank S.A. was created from the merger of two banks: FM Bank and Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości. Due to the merger Nest Bank uses a long and varied experience of both institutions. Nest Bank was established as the first bank in Poland, specialized in the financing of micro-enterprises. The Bank took advantage of the knowledge and experience of the Fundusz Mikro - an institution founded in 1994 by the Polish-American Enterprise Fund.
