Pepees S.A. is one of the biggest agri-food industry in north-eastern Poland. The company is engaged in processing potatoes. It produces potato starch and its preparations (glucose, maltodextrin, maltose syrup, potato protein). The main recipients of the products are: domestic customers, foreign food industry, meat, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. PEPEES products are used in the production of bakery products, juice concentrates, powdered drinks and carbonated beer, wine, soft drinks and in the production of processed fruit. The company has approx. 30% market share in the domestic production of potato products. The main foreign customers are Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania and Latvia, to a lesser extent, Asia, America and the European Union.
