Pmi Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. (PMI SCE) is a shared services and integrated business services company within the Philip Morris International (PMI) group, located in Krakow. Established in 2005, the centre provides centralised services in finance, human resources, information technology, procurement and a growing range of other specialised business services to PMI affiliates. Its service portfolio covers transactional and expert financial processes, HR administration and employee care, payroll coordination, IT support and application management, procurement operations, supply chain support and data and analytics services delivered within PMI's global business services model. PMI SCE supports more than 50 PMI markets in approximately 57 countries, primarily in the European Union, the wider EMEA region and Eastern Europe, with some scope also for Asia and the Americas, thereby acting as a regional hub in PMI's worldwide network. The centre employs a large multinational workforce and operates from an office campus located at al. Jana Pawla II 196 in Krakow. PMI SCE does not manage consumer brands directly but supports PMI's portfolio, which includes both traditional cigarette brands and smoke-free products, by delivering efficient, standardised and increasingly digitalised back-office and expert services. Strategically, the company is positioned as a key pillar of PMI's transformation, tasked with consolidating and optimising business processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and continuously expanding the scope and sophistication of services delivered from Poland to improve agility and cost-effectiveness of the global group.
