Polska Grupa Lotnicza S.A. (Polish Aviation Group, PGL) is the largest aviation enterprise in Poland and a state controlled holding company established in 2017 with the mission to build a leading aviation group in Central and Eastern Europe. The group integrates key entities of the Polish aviation sector, including LOT Polish Airlines S.A. as the flagship network carrier, LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services Sp. z o.o. (LOTAMS) providing aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, LS Airport Services S.A. delivering airport ground handling and cargo handling, and LS Technics Sp. z o.o. offering line and base technical support. PGL's core business segments encompass scheduled passenger air transport, regional and long haul services, aircraft maintenance, ground handling, technical services and related support functions, forming an ecosystem of aviation services addressing both passenger and airline customers. Its operations are centred on Warsaw, with LOT's hub at Warsaw Chopin Airport and an extensive route network linking Poland with Europe, North America and selected Asian destinations, supported by additional bases and operational locations in Poland and abroad. The group manages a significant fleet operated by LOT and services third party carriers through LOTAMS and LS entities, employing several thousand specialists across flying, technical and ground operations.
