Spoldzielnia Obrotu Towarowego Przemyslu Mleczarskiego (SOT) is a cooperative of legal entities that was established in 1991 in Bialystok, Poland. It was formed by the initiative of local dairy plants to distribute and sell their products. The current owners of SOT are cooperatives such as SM Mlekpol, OSM Piątnica, SM Mlekovita, SM Bielmlek, SM Łapy, MSM Mońki, and OSM Hajnówka. SOT specializes in wholesale distribution of dairy and food products. They offer the largest selection of dairy products in Poland, with over 2,000 SKU, as well as a wide range of general food products for retail and gastronomy. SOT is the leading dairy wholesaler in the country and a key supplier of dairy products for numerous Polish retail chains. Their customers include national chains like PSS Społem, Lewiatan, Fresh Market, Żabka, and Mila, as well as local chains and individual stores. In addition to retail sales, SOT also serves the Horeca channel, catering to restaurants, pizzerias, and hotels. They have 70 sales representatives working directly with retail stores.
