Stellantis Gliwice Sp. z o.o. is a Polish automotive manufacturing company, successor to the former Opel Manufacturing Poland and PSA Manufacturing Poland following their legal merger effective 3 January 2022. The company's business segments cover production of light commercial vehicles (LCV), vehicle assembly (bodies, chassis), engines and components, as well as manufacturing of vehicle parts and accessories. Since April 2022, Stellantis Gliwice has begun serial production of large vans and light commercial vehicles for multiple brands of the parent group Stellantis N.V., including models such as Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper, and Opel Movano (and Vauxhall equivalents for some markets). The company is located in Gliwice (address registered as Ul. Adama Opla 1, 44-121 Gliwice) and was registered on 15 October 2018. Its 2024 financial data (as reported by market register) show a significant growth in net sales revenue (by +24.16%) and an increase in total assets (+5.86%), with a modest increase in net profit margin. Stellantis Gliwice serves not only the domestic Polish market but - given the export-oriented history of the plant (when it belonged to Opel Manufacturing Poland) - aims at supplying vehicles to broader European and global distribution channels of Stellantis.
