TVP is a state owned public television. It has three the main programs nationwide which are among the most watched television TV channels. The Company offers also additional channels. TVP was established in 1952. TVP broadcasts in a digital sytem, using a third DTT multiplex, which covers the entire country, after turning off the analogue television in july 23, 2013. TVP is the only TV broadcaster, among the three biggest in Poland, which does not have its own satellite platform.
