Zarzad Komunalnych Zasobow Lokalowych Sp. z o.o. (ZKZL) is a municipal housing and real-estate management company of the City of Poznan operating as a commercial-law company since 2013. The companys activity is focused on fulfilling municipal responsibilities in creating conditions to meet community housing needs and developing municipal housing construction, alongside stewardship of the existing municipal housing stock. Operational scope includes administration and exploitation of municipal properties (oversight of proper use, maintaining registers of municipal assets, supervising settlement of utilities for users, and oversight of property-management and related contracts), as well as ongoing conservation and repairs to buildings, premises and associated infrastructure to maintain technical condition. ZKZL also executes investment programs for construction of municipal and social housing, and conducts renovations and thermo-modernization of municipal buildings. In addition, ZKZL represents the City of Poznan in housing communities where the city holds participation, supporting governance and coordination in shared-property management.
