Flytronic S.A. is a Polish aerospace and defence company specialising in the design, development and production of unmanned aerial systems and related technologies. Founded in 2008 in Gliwice, it operates as a key R&D and manufacturing entity within WB Group. The company develops mini and short-range UAV systems, avionics, wideband communication links, ground control stations and specialised aviation software. Its flagship product, the FlyEye unmanned aerial system, is used by the Polish Armed Forces and other services for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions and is integrated with the wider command and fire-control ecosystem of WB Group. Flytronic maintains its own aviation laboratory and test infrastructure at the Gliwice airfield and provides comprehensive operator training through a certified training centre. The company positions itself as a national competence centre for unmanned defence technologies, integrating proprietary R&D with close cooperation with defence institutions and international partners.
