Palestine Real Estate Investment Company (PRICO), also called Aqaria, is engaged in real estate operations, housing and development projects within Palestinian Territories. The company has executed a number of projects in some of the Palestinian cities including residential and commercial complexes, such as Al Mashtal and Al Nada Neighborhood project in Gaza, Padico House in Ramallah and Al Masayef Steps in Al-Bira, in addition to the development of land in the north of Nablus city. PRICO owns two subsidiaries in Jordan, which are Palestine Real Estate Investment Co. and Investment Premises for Construction and Operation Co. It was established in 1994 with headquarters in Ramallah.
