Ezdan Real Estate Company Q.S.C. is a Qatari public shareholding company established in year 1960 and registered in the State of Qatar under the Commercial Registration Number 15466. Ezdan Real Estate Company had its shared listed in Qatar Stock Exchange on the 18th of February, 2008. On 27 May 2008, the shareholders decided to change the Company's name from Eskan Real Estate Company W.L.L. to Ezdan Real Estate Company Q.S.C. and to convert it from a limited liability company to a public shareholding company. Ezdan (formerly Iskan Real Estate Company) has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ezdan Hotel and Suites and Ezdan Trading and Contracting Company. The company aims to realize profits from real estate investment opportunities available locally and internationally in addition to contributing to the development of Qatar's infrastructure in compliance with Islamic Sharia rules and principals.
