The Group consists of Agricover Holding SA (referred to hereinafter as Agricover Holding or the „Company”) and its subsidiaries: Agricover Distribution SA (referred to hereinafter as Agricover Distribution), Agricover Credit IFN SA (referred to hereinafter as Agricover Credit, that also controls Clubul Fermierilor Romani Broker de Asigurare SRL – referred to hereinafter as Insurance Broker), and Agricover Technology SRL (referred to hereinafter as Agricover Technology), (hereinafter referred to collectively as the „Subsidiaries”).
