The company was founded in 1994 under the name of this Production SRL. The company has had its own factory, located in Bucharest, built in 1999, with production capacity of 80,000 bottles per day, closed in 2014. In late 2003, this Production becomes part of the German group Henkell & Co. In 2009, these changes its name to Angelli Production Spumante & Appetizers. In 2007, the company had a market share in the segment of sparkling wine and fruit cocktails 55% in volume and 60% in value.
