Autoritatea Aeronautica Civila Romana RA (Romania)

Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority(RCAA)is an autonomous State supervised company of national public interest, which functions under the authority of the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Tourism, based on economical administration and financial autonomy according to the Governmental Decision 405/1993. Its main activity is to ensure the national aeronautic regulations' application and to supervise their observance by physical and legal persons, Romanian and foreign, who undertake aeronautical activities or design or provide services for the civil aviation on the Romanian territory, as well as the carrying out of the aeronautic stipulations, agreements and consents to which the Romanian State is a part of.
