B.D.G. Import SRL, a wholesale of beverages company, was founded in 1994, the year the company launched Corona Extra on the Romanian market. In 1996, B.D.G. extends its portfolio with Budweiser Budvar, and in 1997 introduced Red Bull energy drink in the Romanian Market. In 2005, the organization split in importing company (B.D.G. Import) and distribution company (Tribeca Distribution).
