Bosco Amico Ltd is a Romanian legal entity with majority foreign capital, with headquarters in Romania. The company was founded on March 10, 2000, three partners - two Romanian and Italian citizens, the latter Mr. Raffaello Marco Tommasi, unique and quality manager. Currently, the share capital of the Company is around 15,000 euros, fully paid, the Italian association holding a number of shares corresponding to the part of participation of 90%. The main activity of SC Bosco Amico Ltd is the acquisition and processing of mushrooms from the spontaneous flora, this product is almost exclusively for export to Western Europe (Italy, France, Spain), but currently, the Company operates and real estate, specifically in real estate development, buying and selling of own real estate, renting and operating of own property, construction, etc. Bosco Amico Ltd purchased a plot of land with an area of 3,600 square meters, built Timisoara - Dumbravita town, and in 2007 the company bought a land area of 36,000 square meters located in the city built Ghiroda.
