All terminals of the Romanian Commodity Exchange have the status of work points, without legal personality and have the obligation to communicate the identity of the Stock exchange institution. The terminals are managed by entities with legal personality distinct from RCE. They have the logistics and human capital necessary for the optimal development of the stock exchange activity.
