Rominterm is a public-private partnership created at the end of 2002 between Rominserv – a member of the Rompetrol group – and the Mangalia Local Council. Rominterm is the first operator in Romania licensed by ANRSC (National Regulatory Agency for Public Town Management Services), in September 2003.
Rominterm holds 60% of the Mangalia heating market, operating a power system made up of 28 heating plants, located in the municipality of Mangalia and the Neptun and Olimp seaside resorts.
