Romanian Clearing House (RCH) acts as central counterparty (CCP) for financial, equity and commodities derivatives contracts traded at SIBEX Sibiu Stock Exchange, the leader of Romanian derivatives market. The company was set up in 1998 and it has a share capital of 10,8 mil. Romanian lei (about 2.6 mil. EURO) and 70 shareholders, mainly romanian brokers, banks and investment funds. SIBEX owns about 40% of the share capital of the company.
