1973 - I.J.G.C.M.L. (Întreprinderea Judeţeană de Gospodărire Comunală şi Locativă Mureş – County Public Utility and Housing Administration Enterprise) is set up by the merging of the Public Utility and of the Housing Administration companies.
1975 - The gas distribution activity is separated from I.J.G.C.L.M.
1991 - R.A.G.C.L. Tîrgu Mureş is set up, following the restructuring and division of I.J.G.C.L. Mureş. – a new management type of the water-sewerage utilities is implemented.
1998 - R.A.G.C.L. Tg. Mureş is divided into:R.A. AQUASERV- production and distribution of drinking water, collecting and treatment of wastewater;R.A. ENERGOMUR – production of thermal energy for heating and hot water S.C. LOCATIV S.A. – administration of the state-owned housing fund.
2006 - R.A. Aquaserv is transformed into S.C. COMPANIA AQUASERV S.A.
