Mecanica Fina SA was founded in 1923 as the Societatea de Exploatari Tehnice (S.E.T) having as purpose the organization of aircraft production. The Company was divided into four independent companies: Diasfin, Sigmafina, Carmesin and Mecanica Fina which continues the industrial production of measuring and control devices. In 2009 the company decides to close the industrial production given the central location of buildings and becomes Property Company.
