Metalurgica SA was established in 1964 by the merger of several enterprises and became a joint-stock company in 1990, according to Law no. 15/1990. It is a company with private capital, traded on the AeRO Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Its main business is the manufacture of metal articles, including metal furniture for offices and shops, metal cabinets, shelves, metal beds, gratings and various metal constructions. The production process includes operations such as cutting, welding, electrostatic painting, and assembly. Products are continuously improved to meet customer requirements and benefit from corrosion protection thanks to powder coating.
