Napomar SA (Romania)

SC Napomar S.A. was founded in 1973 under the name “Fabrica de masini de rectificat” (FMR) and became one of the main producer of small and medium size grinding machines in Romania. In 1990 represented the impact of the company with the free market economy. This impact has obliged the company to change its profile of activity because of the almost complete disappearance of the traditional market. 1999 – 2002 Napomar SA establishes two joint venture companies with the Belgian group LVD and respectively, the Spanish group Danobat setting the base of a powerful production activity. Actually, the company delivers 90 – 95% of its production on the EU market, with a staff being customer oriented while the production technology being constantly improved to approach the EU standards in the field. Napomar SA is Delisted on 30.04.2004
