Since it has been authorised by ASF, the company may also manage other collective investment undertakings for which is subject to prudential supervision. The company may also administrate voluntary pension funds under the applicable law. SAI Carpatica Asset Management manages three open-end investment funds: FDI Carpatica Stock, FDI Carpatica Global and FDI Carpatica Obligatiuni. Together with the managed investment funds, SAI Carpatica is a part of The Group Banca Comerciala Carpatica SA. In 2016 Banca Comerciala Carpatica SA owns 99.99% of its the shares.
