Trans Bitumen is a limited liability company established in August 1999 with the object of activity transportation and trade of bitumen. At the end of 2011 Trans SRL has grown to be the biggest deal of transport bitumen marketing in Romania. In 2007 the company acquired a majority stake of SC Drumuri si Poduri SA. In 2010 the company acquired land and built a production base in Somes Odorhei - washing, sorting and crushing of concrete. In 2001 the company opened a complex that includes two restaurants, a hotel, pool and conference facilities, fuel power station.
