Turism Hoteluri Restaurante Marea Neagra SA is a joint-stock company raised from the merger of Eforie SA with four other main tourism companies from the Black Sea coast: SC Carnen Silva SA, SC Miorita Estival SA, SC Venus SA, SC Saturn SA. The ample merger process was completed on the 3rd of june, 2004. The corporation disposes of many acommodation and board units situated in the main resorts of the Black Sea coast: Eforie Nord, Eforie Sud, Venus, Saturn and Neptun. The acommodation units have over 12.000 acommodation places, 34 acommmodation units and 29 board units.
