"Aeroflot" is the undisputed leader of the Russian civil aviation, and national carrier. Aeroflot was founded in 1923, but registered in 1994. and is one of the oldest airlines in the world. Aeroflot is based in Sheremetievo Airport. In Russia, the airline has 5 branches: in St. Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnoyarsk, Kaliningrad and Vladivostok. Gives priority to the development of the internal market presence in Siberia and the Far East. Aeroflot has the largest in Eastern Europe Mission Control Center and the Center for training of aviation personnel. In 2011 it opened its own flying school with a planned production volume of 160 pilots (80 crews) per year. Provided training to 120 aviation specialties. Company's fleet is one of the most modern and youngest in Europe.
