"Central Telegraph" is one of the leading operators in Russia with the sesquicentennial history. Technology platform - its own fiber-optic network with a total length of about 2,300 km in and around Moscow, and 2,200 km in Moscow, a subsidiary of "Centel". The main transport network is based on SDH technology and MetroEthernet / IP / MPLS. SDH network has a ring structure and has about 230 nodes with a bandwidth from STM-1 to STM- 64. Network MetroEthernet / IP / MPLS has a three-tier architecture and consists of a backbone network, aggregation network and the access network. Level of aggregation and backbone built using multiply redundant circuits and consists of 31 unit with a capacity of 2.5 to 10 Gbit / s. Access level consists of 520 nodes placed on the concentration of 300 sites and 15,000 APs.
